Patented Extraction Booths

Each C1D1 Extraction Booth comes with the intake and exhaust fans, sensors, alarm lights, audio horns, e-stop, and fulfills interlock requirements in National, State and Local codes. All of the equipment used in our booths are UL listed. C1D1 Labs has all of our extraction rooms certified for legal lab use with an engineer peer review, to ensure approval by your local fire department. We've never had a booth turned down by a city, county, or state for its compliance. Fire rated extraction booths now available

Our patented modular C1D1 Extraction Booth is designed Class 1 Division 1/2 and can be used for both liquefied petroleum gas or flammable liquid extraction. Our extraction booths come in standard sizing and pricing, however custom sized booths can easily be designed certified. This will allow much more flexibility for your booth, and streamlines building permit approvals. Our compliant and turn key C1D1 extraction booths allow us to save you both time and money during permitting, licensing, and construction. Allowing you to become operational as quick as possible, without making any mistakes.

The C1D1 Labs team is actively innovating and working with clients for custom solutions. If you wish to simply purchase some of the explosion proof equipment for an extraction room just visit our store!

Production Facility Designs

A majority of our clients come to us bleeding money on architects that don't know extraction hazmat. Don't worry, we know how to help. Our services are vertically integrated to provide a full permitting solution, however we "phase" our services to allow our clients to use our in house team of experienced engineers or continue to use their architects for MEP engineering and architectural submittals C1D1 Labs provides design services for the extraction, pharmaceutical, lithium-ion battery production industries and more

Phase 1 - "Easy Approval Package" - Hazmat Design and PE Report. In this phase, we have an architect, chemical process engineer, and a PE fire protection engineer work congruently to delivery your floor plan, equipment list, process flow diagram, and PE fire protection technical report. This is secret ingredient to getting a hazmat facility done the first time, saving you time and money with revisions from the city. This step often saves our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment.

Phase 2 - Architectural submittals and MEP Engineering. We have the most experienced Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing extraction engineers work together to achieve the approval from your building, fire, and other local departments to begin your build out. MEP plans are wrapped in architectural drawings and submitted to your local municipality for reviewed and our project managers handle any comments. There is not a better team to cut through red tape and ensure forward progression.

Hydrocarbon Extraction Equipment

The wait is over for fully customizable hydrocarbon extraction equipment that is both built by extractors and engineered with stamps to comply with NFPA 1 chapter 38. C1D1 Labs is proud to be working with Butane Extraction Equipment to deliver ASME extraction equipment for butane or propane. Rated to -80c and 350psi, these machines can run with pure butane or propane, or run a mix of the two solvents. Each hydrocarbon extraction system can be designed exactly how the user needs the system to run. With our innovative gravity fed passive systems, customers can now also skip the expensive purchase of a pump and lower their initial costs more than 20%. If clients decide they would like to lower their recovery temps, or use a pump for injection, bypass manifolds can be added to expand user functionality on the hydrocarbon extraction system. Innovation in the engineering of hydrocarbon extraction machines, while ensuring a low enough upfront cost to allow our clients to see actual ROI. Our systems maximize efficiency by using pressure and temperature of your solvents to move your product from start to finish in our extraction equipment. Just by using our methods with Nitrogen, a client is able to completely remove a recovery pump and actually GAIN efficiency in recovery times and processing capabilities. All of our systems are assembled in Carson City, NV and are engineer peer reviewed to meet NFPA 1 compliance and can be used in any of the 50 states. These machines can run both dry material and live resin to ensure your company can release all the products and sku's created with hydrocarbon extraction equipment.

Ultra-low temperature chillers

C1D1 Labs has partnered with a USA manufacturer of high quality chilling equipment to bring our clients high power at the right price. We designed these systems with the extraction industry's needs in mind. C1D1 Labs focused on finding a solution for chilling that was powerful enough not to fluctuate in temperature, run enough fluid to chill the volume you need, strength in compressors to minimize downtime, all while cranking ultra low temperatures for your solvent and extracted solutions. Our -80c Ultra low temperature chiller comes in two options 5.0kw at 2.5kw (at -80c). Stop throwing money at chilling companies that are undersized, and ask to see the cooling curve. When purchasing a chiller, a laboratory should always be checking to see what the power rating at the operating temperature they want to be processing at. A chiller will always have more power at a warmer temperature. Both of these -80c chillers were designed for process application with C1D1 Labs and are built right here in the USA. Allowing for easy support and available parts.

Condensing chillers are now also available from C1D1 Labs. Again, focusing on overpowering our units while taking our experience in the needs of the industry and applying it to design and application. Our X-Large Condensing chiller runs a strong 17kw at -15c. It can be noted that comparing companies will rate their chiller at a warmer temperature on the cooling chart, and our chiller will still normally have a higher cooling power. Our chiller screams functionality with weatherproofing design, allowing the heat from your collection tank to strategically release to atmosphere.
